The sour cherry is a variety of cherry that is similar to black cherries. Agrimontana extra sour cherry preserve contains 87 grams of fruit per 100 grams of finished product. Its key features are its freshness and slight acidity. Excellent on bread and in ricotta tarts. The word “EXTRA”, by law, guarantees the exclusive use of whole fruit, with no sulphur dioxide and preservatives.
